Considering Abortion? : Abortion Questions Answered
Types of Abortion
When making an informed decision about your pregnancy, it is important to know about all of your options. When it comes to abortion, there are two main categories or types of abortion. The first is surgical abortion and the second is the abortion pill (also called a medication abortion). In order to determine which type of abortion you qualify for, you first need to know how far along you are into your pregnancy. Qualification is based on gestational age.
